Cancellation & refund policy: Cancellations more than 48 hours before your experience receive a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours before, a 50% refund applies. Less than 24 hours before (or a no-show), no refund is given. Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability — please contact us as early as you can.
